How will the product arrive?

We will ship directly from Sweden to Japan by international airmail.

Shipped by the Swedish post office Postnord → Once it arrives in Japan, Japan Post will deliver it to your home.

Can I specify the delivery date and time of the package?

It is not possible to specify the arrival date and time of the product when placing an order.

If you are not at home when the product is delivered, a notice of absence from Japan Post will be mailed to your mailbox. Please specify your desired date and time according to the instructions on the absence notice.

When it arrived at my house, the outer box was damaged. What should I do

In the case of international airmail, there are often slight dents on the outer box. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

If there is major damage, please take photos of the item upon arrival and check the contents.

The Swedish post office has a busy season from around late November until around the end of Christmas. Please note that during busy periods, it may take more than twice the normal time .

At other times, it may take longer than usual due to weather, flights, strikes, etc.

I have flown international flights between Sweden and Japan dozens of times and have never had a package fail to arrive. Thank you for your patience.

I ordered 2 items, but only received 1 item.

Even if multiple packages are shipped at the same time, they may be delivered separately.
